SKISSUR is Ólafur Arnalds sheet-music coffee-table book in limited edition of 500 copies. 

The book is a collection of 10 compositions by ólafur Arnalds to be performed by solo piano, solo violion or string quartet.  

Skissur (meaning "sketches" in Icelandic) was the main inspiration for the artwork. We wanted this to be a personal collectors item and each song is accompanied by a custom made artwork by myself and Jónas Valtýsson (who also designed the book) as well as a personal text from Ólafur about each song and how to perform it.
